“Ring the bells that still can ring Forget your perfect offering There is a crack, a crack in everything That’s how the light gets in”
Ahead of Hanukkah, the festival of light , we go back to our childhood dreams, our heartbreaks and connect to our inner child’s wishes. We remind ourselves to accept darkness in order to have light. We remember that we are all equal even if different. That the contrast of black & white is necessary in order to find balance. No darkness without light, no light without darkness.
May you all have a wonderful Hanukkah and get lost in an abundance of light…

A more personal and emotional edition today due to the uncertain times we have been challenged to deal with . In the news they talk about a second wave but I want to talk about the waves of emotions this pandemic releases in us and how we deal with them . So let’s use today’s hour together as a form of meditation, an exercise for introspection, see where the songs lead us and which emotions they bring up, whether we feel them in our heart, body or mind. With hope, gratitude and kindness.
Cliche? Maybe. But the Corona era is brining about a lot of dark stuff inside us so we dedicate this episode to the many different kinds of love we can feel – starting with a mother’s love and ending with self love. Join me for an hour of sweet music for the soul and unwind rewind with me…
Unwind Rewind season 2 episode 13 – join me for an hour of fine music to warm the heart and the soul. We review 2018 and wish ourselves a happy & healthy 2019… Allowing ourselves to be weak, as we are only human. With much less blame towards us and others.
