“Ring the bells that still can ring Forget your perfect offering There is a crack, a crack in everything That’s how the light gets in”
Ahead of Hanukkah, the festival of light , we go back to our childhood dreams, our heartbreaks and connect to our inner child’s wishes. We remind ourselves to accept darkness in order to have light. We remember that we are all equal even if different. That the contrast of black & white is necessary in order to find balance. No darkness without light, no light without darkness.
May you all have a wonderful Hanukkah and get lost in an abundance of light…
Unwind Rewind is here to undo with you… Go from active to passive from doing to being… We pass by the groove and check if our body responds to it… And then go back to breathing… In order to give ourselves and others slowness, softness and to allow our hearts to expand…
80 episodes of Unwind Rewind… Marilyn Ambach here to bring you an hour of softness, sweetness & slowness… With some live music to honor the live music industry…. Some thoughts on college and childhood… And how being connected to our roots is also what defines us ahead… And how we comfort our children and ourselves with a hug: It’s O.K.

Although it was only my 4th radio program and I sound like a total amateur, this is my personal Leonard Cohen tribute. I didn’t even have a jingle yet, but I already said ‘Hi friends’ just like him on stage. A lot of live songs and stories from my road adventures with the Unified Heart Touring Company in 2010…
Today we are both traveling abroad and journeying within. Through anxiety, worries and uncertainty. Until the acceptance and the letting go of control. Through breathing and meditating we learn to accept what is and enjoy simply being. As everything in life, we learn that nothing is as black and white as our mind perceives it and we practice the balancing of dark and light grey areas… We end by discussing the concept of ‘home’….
Today we are inspired by George Harrison, Bob Dylan & Janis Joplin. We travel to Woodstock with flowers in our hair and then return to today’s reality and my latest concerts. After hard work it’s time for a vacation and we travel to Belgium…

This week I had the pleasure of hosting my friend Rotem Bar Or in the studio… We didn’t plan ahead and he spontaneously opened with a 12 minute long Bob Dylan cover called ‘It’s allright ‘ma’…
We talked about his music and of course Rotem also played one of his songs and one of my personal favorites: ‘I Worry’ with the excellent lyrics ‘The world has been conspiring to save me, my goodwill must be written on my back’
Rotem picked some of his favorite songs and made me discover new things. We even improvised a Coolio ‘Gangsta’s paradise’ rap together
